Use AutoDDU to uninstall everything NVIDIA and reinstall it, and log back in GFE

#

The only risk would be if it doesn't reinstall the drivers for some reason. If that is the case, after it does its thing, download the drivers manually from nvidia.com

#

Follow the instructions listed in the page I linked to

#

No

#

Just the video card's

#

Though do note that any customised settings you had with NVIDIA Control Panel or GFE will be lost as clean install

#

Where did you download it from?

#

Hmm. This time try using a USB stick or DVD

#

Google "install Windows 10/11" and use the media creation tool

#

you'll need to anyway

#

Unless

#

You want the original factory image?

#

As the laptop is quite old, please refer to your laptop maker's support pages to see how recovery is performed

#

If you are OK with clean installs:

#

For Win11

#

For Win10

#

Don't forget to download the drivers from the laptop maker's site

#

Before clean installing

#

10300H and 1650

#

Laptops are constantly refreshed in hardware.

#

Below minimum spec for AAA

#

Though the 1650 is released too weak to begin with, so there's that

#

Yeah, probably a good idea since something's clearly broken anyway

#

Might as well start fresh. Don't forget to back up/copy out your personal files.

#

Good luck
