Cannot activate 4 displays on 3080 Ti | NVIDIA | Page 1

Hello, I have been trying to troubleshoot this all morning as I'm under the impression I can run 4 displays but cannot seem to get the nvidia/ windows control panel activate the 4th display.

Setup:
Primary: 49" Samsung G9 OLED - Tried both DP and HDMI, reduced signal to 60 Hz, no HDR
Top: LG 4K OLED - Tried both DP and HDMI, tried reducing signal to 60 Hz 1080p, no HDR
Left: Pixio PX7 - 1440p - DP
Right: Dell P2720DC - 1440p - DP, disabled Multi-stream Transport

Tried disabling G-Sync on all displays, HDR, reducing resolution to 1080p,

Whatever I do, I cannot get the 4th display to connect. If I have MST enabled on the Dell, I actually get an error message that I cannot enable more than 4 displays, but I can't even enable the 4th display.
