#VSR staright up not working

actually i just noticed, it says 2k+ monitors and mine is 1080p so that might be the case?
- RTX VSR only functions in videos played in Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome officially (other Chromium-based browsers may work), including local media files played in-browser. It is also possible to get it to work in MPC-HC and MPC-BE with an add-on.
- RTX VSR only functions when the video resolution is lower than the displayed resolution. Videos playing in a section of a webpage will not trigger VSR if it's smaller than the actual video resolution. Similarly, VSR will not touch 1080p videos on a 1080p screen.
- RTX VSR also does not function with web video protected with heavy DRM - the kind that prevents NVIDIA drivers from interfering with its contents.
- With these information in place:
Are you watching 1080p video?
it won't work in that case
you'd need to watch 720p or lower for it to kick in.
the best indicator on VSR working or not is on power usage
there should be a mild increase on Quality Level 1 and 2
and a massive increase on 3 and 4
