#Instant Replay turning off with Apple Music open.

My instant replay just turns off when I have apple music open and even if I don't it continues turning off until I uninstall the app entirely.

Yep. Working as designed. A while ago Nvidia configured it so it won't work if you have apps open that can play DRM content. It will do the same with stuff like Spotify or Netflix. No way around it.
You can try using OBS instead, that has no such blocks.
