Hello, so I have a RTX 3080TI and a intel core i7 9700, the thing is I noticed while paying the division 2 that my CPU would be sitting at 100% usage on task manager and that my game would freeze and crash, anyway my question is, do you think I should upgrade my CPU or is this something else
