Can't see display tab in nvidia control panner

You won't be able to see those options with a laptop. Check to see if you have an Intel or AMD display tool for your CPUs onboard graphics. that might let you do it.

Reduce your desktop resolution to below native, and check again.

Intel does not display scaling options at native with some laptops
