Performance tuning does not work.

I am trying to use the performance tuning setting but when I try to save it its has a little error that I need to agree. When I click agree nothing happens and it goes to the default. Anyone knows how to fix it. ( I already reinstalled the app updated the drivers etc.)

There's thousands of such posts... It's a known GFE issue, you can't fix it, wait for nvidia to fix it.
