#driver tweaker caused rectangle artifacts on windows desktop?

Such rectangle artifacts basically means GPU calculation error, either GPU hardware or software (drivers making wrong action, erroring).

Day ago I decided to try "Nvidia tweaks" from QuickBoost app on gitub, after those Nvidia driver tweaks, I started seeing rectangle artifacts on my desktop some come and go depands where my mouse was cross overing some came and stuck in place, I reinstalled Nvidia driver and they all gone.

I understand that some of the tweaks quickboost Nvidia driver tweaks forced into the driver was not appropriate for my gpu / driver edition (latest Nvidia driver) and it resulted in errors in it's calculation those lead to artifacts..

Is that a correct understanding?

Yes I did clean driver reinstall it fixed it right away
