#What Bottleneck % means exactly?

Did some mw2 benchmarks with 3090 and 5900x and see big % difference in results and can't understand what exactly that means. Bad, good, normal?

you have a 3090, seems perfectly normal
sort of means your 3090 is being fully utilized

if you had an older CPU for example you might see CPU utilization up, meaning the your 3090 is rendering more frames than your CPU can provide

similarly if you had a weaker GPU it means your CPU is providing more frames than your GPU can render, so you need to reduce resolution / graphic settings
