Rma 3080, got refurbed. Run heaven bench mark and got this.

Can anyone help me figure out what is going on? Is this another faulty card?

I just get a black screen with the music playing in the background and this error message..

it stopped working after I installed msi after burner. however, I have already reset my undervolt to the base settings and heaven benchmark is still giving that error

any help appreciated.. thanks. i don't want to rma this card again..

ok. I am trying valley benchmark now and it works..
