hi i have a lil problem with my cpu it over heats alote when i play a game or smth it reach op to 100°

some specs might be helpful when someone does come to help.
laptop? desktop? what kind of cooler, AIO or air cooled? etc.

i have a air cooler and im in a desktop

now im on fortnite and look at this

i juste renewed the thermal paste

and i have an I5 12400F

If it's that hot after putting on new thermal paste then you either didn't apply the paste properly or your not secured the cooler properly.

I think I didnt screwed my cooler properly cuz its the stock intel air cooler that comes with the cpu
