well, i'll be honest 9+ million errors in less then 5 minutes does not provide a very great outlook for your graphics card
You could attempt to reapply thermal pads or otherwise attempt to lower VRAM temperature, but since you are not overclocking it, then it will most likely not help much. Most other solutions would require soldering (and thus void warranty)
i would recommend returning the product as defective if at all possible.
