just go through the ddu process as normal and then go to the nvidia old G-driver website, pick your gpu and then choose a driver version thats 1 or 2 steps older

i mean after a ddu it should just have the standard windows drivers

you should be able to overwite whatever the ddu downloads with the older one
well, depends entirely on why the bug happened in the first place
honestly i cannot say
but generally, driver updates are not too necessary unless you are experiencing some unexpected issues
i've accidentally used windows own built in drivers for a year+ at a time without noticing
