#Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 blue "halos" in cutscenes

Anyone else setting these weird blue "halos" on fast moving objects in Clair Obscur: Expedtion 33? It only shows up in cutscenes for some reason and can be very distracting on fast moving scenes. I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like and it commonly appears on falling leaves, but it can show up on the characters as well if they move quickly. It also seems to only happen on this game, as far as I can tell.

For reference, my setup is:
AMD Ryzen 7500f
RX 9070
EndeavourOS 6.14.6-arch1-1
Mesa 25.0.5-1

I've tried the following with no luck of getting rid of them:

  • Clear shader cache
  • Upgrade to Mesa 25.1
  • Change Proton version
  • Disable mangohud
