remap chorded gamepad inputs to keyboard keys.preserving the original keys when pressed alone

So I want to map chorded game pad inputs ( start +some other button) on my scuff envision to keyboard inputs.

I only know of two tools that can do this and both don't work with my setup.

Steam can do this but

A. Doesn't work on Wayland

B. You can't (at least I don't know how) do start + some button chorded mapping.

You can only do guide+ some button

And the guide button can't be held down on the scuff envision. the guide button is only registered on a dpress of the button meaning pressing and holding does nothing. it only registers as "pressed" when you rellease the button

Input-remmaper can do this also but disables the original non chorded button https://github.com/sezanzeb/input-remapper/discussions/890 if it's an analog Input( so dpad triggers and sticks get disabled if mapped)

Anyone know of another tool or a way to work around these issues
