What is the best Latency Frames and Latency Frames Range option for Retroarch netplay.

I assume there's no auto delay option, nor the "0" values for either option work as autos.

An example would be... Someone from the USA playing a Fighting Game on the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive against someone from Australia.

What would be the recommended values for a connection between these distances?

Also ran a bit of thread in the #netplay section... for feedback and suggestions before I made this focused thread.

I believe it should be a function of your ping to the other player

#

if your ping is 100 ms, you would want 7-ish frames

#

but since pings can fluctuate, rather than doing 7 frames all the time, you might want to do 5 with a range of 4, so it can swing up higher when latency spikes up a bit
