I installed retroarch on the 3ds, since I wanted to see if I could just run ds games through there and also have it speed up as well (Pokemon feels quite slow to go through on the twilightmenu. It runs perfect, but I want to speed up gameplay), but I noticed there isn't a DS core on the 3ds, so I came here to find out whether it would be possible to download a DS core, speed up the game, and if that isn't possible, then could i do it through the twilight menu?

unfortunately, the DS cores are all quite demanding. They're borderline on cell phones with 3x the clock speed of a 3DS

hmmm gotcha. Then is there a work around to speeding the DS games up without using the DS Core or no?
