Chained choir, is By Texas brotherhood and right by Maxson brotherhood, they have a good path and a evil path through focus tree, they basically use mind control or song it has a cool feature for their nation which buffs maxson too if they ally eachother, not a lot people know about them cause they get eaten up very early on
