##Different checksums problem

Good day to all friends. My English is bad, so I translate through a translator. Can you please suggest a solution to the problem. My friend and I have different checksums.

We don't have any mods downloaded or enabled, just the vanilla version of the game with DLC.
However, with the new patch, his checksum has not changed: 204c

But mine is the one that patch has changed.

What do we do to play multiplayer? How do we solve this problem? Please , help.
