you dont do carriers cuz their mobile airfields
you do them cuz their navs do +900% damage when the carrier is in battle
you should
just launch navs from land to them
I just use it as airfields for CAS and bombers so my marines can make landings
in a japan vs usa mp battle, japanese carriers can easily have 30 to 50% share of the total damage
carriers are insanely powerful ships

you do 5 carrier in navy
5 carrier set up:
First 4 carriers in fleet - only Carrier Nav
Last Carrier in fleet: Almost full Carrier Nav
1 wing Carrier Cas
1 Wing Carrier Fighter
or hmmm build airfields and fight in land
and make a surface navy
instead of wasting dockyards on carriers
