Ok, I am making a new generic focus tree for hoi4. For Fascism I wanted to split between Hitler and Mussolini sort of, I wasn't sure how to go about it. What I did with communism is quite obvious, I am still not sure on the two though.

hey guys, i'm creating a mod for the game where i make a new country, which starts out as an dominion of Soviet, and my cousin is reworking the Norwegian focus tree and some other stuff.. the thing is that i want to make a focus like the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact with Norway, where i give certain parts of Soviet to Norway if they accept to be my puppet, or if they decide to go to war with me and i win. i'm trying to figure out how to do this using the existing Mol-Rib Pact, but i'm currently at a loss after the first event code

So guys, I'm thinking of an alt history game when Atlantis rises back up to the surface in the 1800s and is relatively peaceful up until World War 1 when tensions with Spain and Britain are big due to naval power (the spanish navy is still strong enough), and basically the whole old and new world is changed
