Hey guys, I'm currently working on a roman mod and the first country is of course is rome.
I want to use the tag ROM wich is normally used by romania, made my configs to overwrite the vanilla config, but parts of the old config are always showing up, like different politicans and ideologies.....
Ho do I overwrite it correctly, that those romania things won't appear in my rome mod?

most of them feature only rome wich is mostly italy with a different name and colors...

I already changed the time to the year 0 (no bc/ac instead founding of rome time), changed the names for dates and months to roman ones, added dozends of ancient states wich will have one country on them, so wars will take longer, before rome gets big, you need to capture whole italy, wich will be around 20~ countrys

Now I need some help, atm I have 65 new states (only in modern days italy), I made 30 new states and now my game always crashes... (35 states before that where working)

It is called a crumbling world and it basically a wold where the revolutions of 1848 were more successful, not only that but they also hit around the world in many different forms the US ended up splitting because of it, it created new ideologies like a proto-facist ideology and new forms of democracy. Germany and Italy failed to unte because the nationalist revolution is italy were for the tuscan, the scilians, the ventians and the closest germany got to unification was the north german confederation.
There are multiple USAs a east coast Us with a nationalistic goverment a midwest democratuc US alng with a smaller west coast US Weaker than the rest as California is independant and so are manyother states like texas

The UK lost all of ireland to a major revolution and is currently fighting a scottish revolt whilst also dealing with a rising anti-war populace and growing socialist party
Russia kept most of it's land but was still hit by the revolutions and is still fighting them and has a hard start having to put down a belyorussian revolt with less land and a risk of facist revolt to recreate the empire, Alaska broke away as it was never bought by the US so instead of being more English it is more Russian and has a lot of natives in government with their socialist leader being a russian-native mix

Hello everyone, I'm currently creating a total conversion for Hoi4. Imperium Romanum (name might be subject to change) takes you into the year 0 a.u.c. (753 b.c.) when rome was founded.
The goal is to add a lot of ancient tribes and civilications to the game and let them fight to conquer the world. The mod will not only include countrys in europe, it will include tribes and civilications all around the world. Why I'm not doing this in EU4 you ask? Basicly it was done there and I don't like that game as much as I like Hoi4.
As firearms, planes, submarines, electronic warfare and things like that didn't existed back at those times, I want to add new technologies, goals and even new models.
As most games I played only lasted for 10 to maximum 20 ingame years, I decided to extend the timeline a littlbit, now you can play until the year 2770 a.u.c. (moderndays 2017) arrives. (I don't know if the game can handle that much time, but I hope so.)

I want to expand the team and hope that you like the idea, so maybe you want to help me as a developer, constributor or just as someone who has knownledge or ideas about that time.

Hey cool people. I know you all are probably working on projects, but I think it'd be really cool if someone made a complete Switzerland mod. The only ones I've found are the Helvetica mod, which is ok, but really doesn't vary much from the standerd focus tree, and the Kaiserriech one, which I enjoyed. Hello everyone, I'm currently creating a total conversion for Hoi4. Imperium Romanum (name might be subject to change) takes you into the year 0 a.u.c. (753 b.c.) when rome was founded.
The goal is to add a lot of ancient tribes and civilications to the game and let them fight to conquer the world. The mod will not only include countrys in europe, it will include tribes and civilications all around the world. Why I'm not doing this in EU4 you ask? Basicly it was done there and I don't like that game as much as I like Hoi4.
As firearms, planes, submarines, electronic warfare and things like that didn't existed back at those times, I want to add new technologies, goals and even new models.
As most games I played only lasted for 10 to maximum 20 ingame years, I decided to extend the timeline a littlbit, now you can play until the year 2770 a.u.c. (moderndays 2017) arrives. (I don't know if the game can handle that much time, but I hope so.)

I want to expand the team and hope that you like the idea, so maybe you want to help me as a developer, constributor or just as someone who has knownledge or ideas about that time.
