because what is hapenning is that the game is spawning in the troops of the countries that you rnew nation occupies, so you have to remove all the divisions in the oob file for Bulgaria, Greece. And move the divisions for Yugoslavia, Turkey and Romania back inside their borders the same way.

@everyone I want to insert an submarine carrier, which just Japan is able to build/research. and also the jet planes horton ho 229 and gortha go 229 for germany exclusive... but as far as I know, all country share the common tech tree... so... is it possible to lock tech's for every other country, or unlock them for a special one?
the only solution I can imagine is, getting the tech from event, or focus tree, which is not useful :3
