Unfortunately, I don't have the time to do a full review right now. I have a few concerns here. The stuff related to actual gameplay can be corrected with a few bits of advice, but you need to move away from "got blamed for xyz" mentality. These people are silver/gold/plat too. Move away from the binary win/loss mentality and look at this as a process. We often get a lot of VOD requests that use the same lines: "Lost this, couldn't do more, need review;" "blamed for loss, what could I have done?"; or even the "was this game lost from the start?"

As for Dva, you want to be positioned in such a way where you can cover both the front line and the back line without boosting. This should be the key rule for Dva. She deters a lot by her sheer presence. This usually means you're opening up the angle for your front line by taking an off angle, yet also able to stop nonsense behind you as well.

I guarantee that you're exposing yourself too often without purpose and are DM'ing a lot of chip damage as a result. It's okay to take damage as long as you are gaining value and are able to disengage long enough for your supports to catch up.
