Im not sure what more I could've done here..
This game started off pretty bad with an immediate rein pin. after that things kept going downhill. My tank kept spamming for help when no one was able to help them (because we were dead) which got annoying pretty quick and i feel might have affected my gameplay. In the second round, i swapped to Juno to try to get a little more value, which i think worked for a while, but ultimately not enough. I know stats aren't everything and don't fully reflect the game, but when looking at them i cant help but feel like this loss is mainly my fault. I also think that the lack of team work/everyone going off to do their own thing contributed to us losing. Any and all tips/criticism are welcome and appreciated!! (p.s in the beginning i was afk fixing my settings, not just staring into space for no reason)

Do not AFK (mentally) mid match. You nearly or actually die repeatedly just taking your hand of the controller. You should be actively listening and watching for movement of flankers and enemies especially if nobody is on your screen. The absence of a threat on your screen doesn't mean the absence of thought.

Look at your enemies. You don't have to shoot them, but at least be aware of where they are. I saw you put your back to the enemy multiple times and just brain off staring at something unrelated. Looking at your respawning team should be flick back, flick forward so you can continue being aware of threats and not giving the enemy free shots. Instead you give beautiful cinematic pans that let the Soldier nearly kill you and you have to spend defensive cooldowns.

Shoot things that you can actually shoot. Don't focus on damaging rein's shield as Moira when you can heal your bap. Don't pretend you're a sniper when your heals or damage can't reach that far.

Stop shoving yourself into terrible positions. If you are the furthest forward player on your team AND facing backwards to heal your tank, you are actively feeding. You don't have to healbot behind your team but you definitely don't want to be the easiest and closest target for the enemy to shoot.
Thank you🙏🙏 I see what you mean, it seems like positioning and game sense are my main problems so I'll definitely work on that
Just as a quick example:
Red face is enemy, blue face is teammate
eye is you
top down view
You can see both enemy and team and can shoot b oth and react to their actions
on the other hand
If I saw this in my games, I would report you
thats understandable honestly, but i appreciate the in depth explanatoins
You die immediately after that screenshot
And don't even see Rein
For a practice focus, I would suggest going into games with the goal of just seeing what's on the field and making sure you don't get blind sided by the main group of enemies
That general awareness will pay dividends and be a foundation to other skills you can later implement
