I've been hardstuck gold even though my friends and I play as a group most of the time, and I wanted to blame the Pharah on our team but I didn't feel satisfied with that. This game I was in a group with the tank and supports in a discord call with full comms. I am a Genji main with a hitscan crutch, I have decent mechanics and I think I understand engagements and timing but I get tunnelvisioned and lack awareness sometimes. Anyway let me know what I can improve on, thank you so much!!!!
