What heroes do you normally play?

You should really lock it down to a few core heroes, enough to play in poke, dive, and brawl. Also you can go at the top of the channel of the discord and there's a button for roles. From there you can check the ones you play.
Again narrow down that list then checking all. If your bronze then you are not playing any of them correctly so you need to focus on a set core.

Yes but most vod reviews at least do a small bit of effort to say what role and heroes used, so people who understand that role and heroes can help you.
If I don't play Ana for example why would I vod review a game even if it's lower ranked?

I’m confused about how you think this process works. Usually, there’s little value in reviewing bronze replays themselves, as there’s TONS of problems that a reviewer can get mired in. If you would answer the questions, we can help point you in the right direction with resources that can explain many of the issues you face.
You now have three different people involved in this thread and you haven’t provided any information yet about yourself as a player.

Live and written reviews are extremely labor/time intensive, especially for a bronze player. Someone is bronze typically due to some fundamental misunderstanding about or inability to embrace how the game functions. For a reviewer, this will often create a situation where they are teaching the entire game to a bronze player. Given that we are volunteers, myself and others can provide you general advice relative to where you are and link you to resources which will set you on the right path. I’m not sure why you’re being so damn argumentative when several people are trying to help you with no other incentive besides their own good will.
I’ll leave this thread open, but I’m withdrawing my offer to help.
