Just looking at the very first fight
I'm just going to cut to the chase, there are some small other things that need cleaned up, for instance you position far too close to soldier to be able to easily switch beam targets, you also dont look to position yourself very safely up above, but these things are minute specks in comparison with what we do after this.

Our rein has over half his hp, 2/3rds of his shield a kiriko directly behind him with suzu still up, rein's charge still up, and instead of actually having any impact whatsoever by allowing our dps to be extremely aggressive and get value with the high uptime beam gives, but also the pressure from damage boost, we heal the rein.

We do not need to heal him. We literally fly past our own kirko staring straight at our rein to heal him when he's under no real pressure of dying.

Even worse once he has full hp we begin to pocket the rein, we completely ignore anyone except rein and we continue to try to heal him until he eventually falls over and dies.

Firstly, it is SO much more efficient for you to pocket the dps and kiri to pocket the tank. Numbers wise with recovery time kiriko heals at 72 heals per second (hps) recovery time included, you heal at 55 hps. On top of this, kiriko can still weave kunai between heals whilst you have to completely pause your healing if you want to damage boost. The advantage to mercy's heals are that they are instantly activated the moment your beam is connected, which means that you are very easily able to top up your dps from any poke they receive. With much smaller healthbars your dps can die a lot faster and the speed of being able to heal them before they die makes a big difference. On the flip side, your rein is not just going to get one shot out of no where, kiri is also far more easily able to connect her heals if she is healing the tank compared to 2 dps constantly playing around cover from her. This isn't even talking about the efficiency of your damage boost yet! I'd hope as a mercy main you would already know how much more value and pressure having a cass/soldier with damage boost is, compared to increasing the damage of rein swinging on another rein would be. The ability to instantly burst down the backline before the enemy can stabilise is extremely important.

Now here are the two big parts that your actions cause.
Your playstyle encourages other players to play suboptimally and also worse. If you actually watch the kiriko's pov in that fight, kiriko has a nice angle at the back, able to heal the tank with ease and even potentially able to fire kunai (albeit into shield mostly). However kiriko notices cass getting low from a tracer, and because you are holding your heal beam on rein and completely ignoring cass, you are causing cass to get low and potentially die. Kiriko feels forced to give up their position, to tp to cass and inefficiently heal him, whilst also being in a very uncomfortable position, having tp'd melee range into a tracer. From here they can no longer easily heal rein, and instead have to resort to just simply pocketing the cass instead of you.

The second part is that you are creating a vicious cycle where because you are heal botting rein permanently, rein no longer cares about playing cover, stabilising with shield, but just constantly goes in to get as much value from your heal botting. This value is very low as he is mostly just trading your healing for their damage and barely getting in much of his own damage as he just stands in the open tanking damage because your heal botting encourages this.
Since rein is constantly going in now, it's forcing you to just keep heal botting him, and even worse you pull your kiriko in to heal bot the rein too. Instead of rein just stabilising and holding attention with shield and cover, instead both you and kiriko have had all their value wasted to keep him alive, and your dps are unable to push out on their own angle.

Even WITH both you and kiriko healbotting him, he still dies, and your playstyle of completely ignoring your dps, and enabling your rein to play like an idiot is a very big reason why this fight was practically just a 4 v 5 from the getgo

You need to realise that many tanks will play to the healing that they receive, you don't always need to be healing your tank (as support), and once you begin always healing your tank you'll start having to heal your tank all the time as they will play expecting this after both you and kiri just sat there and healbot him
