The TL;DR: Look at your team more! A lot of the time your engagements and aggression are not timed with your team, which is costing you a lot of fights! Also, try to keep as many resources as possible for the actual fight - don't bubble early, don't shield for poke damage, use cover instead
No probs! you're doing good, keep grinding and you'll climb, especially if you keep your team in mind a bit more!
