#Resource Base Bug - Help needed

this is normal. Resource bases have 3 players, it should rotate when the other 2 are inactive but it doesn't for me, never has. just enjoy the free resource bases, considering this has been a thing forever, don't expect it to be fixed, if it even is a bug, seems intended somehow

nope, production is not affected by level increases as a result of competition. all competition is, is an annoyance
