Self Explanatory. After using Megascorchers, I have noticed that they Unequip Themselves and you must refill your boats to get them back. They do not get consumed, except for one instance where I lost 3 from my reserves, which I have been unable to replicate thus far.
In order to reproduce the unequipment, simply go to battle using megascorchers in Warships mode, and then finish the battle. Any that were deployed, regardless of if they lived or not will be removed from your landing craft and put into your reserves (except for the aforementioned instance where they simply were removed), requiring you to re-equip them. This may be due to a flaw in coding regarding the new proto troop update that only allows proto troops to be used once in battle outside of warships mode.
The Megascorchers get removed from your landing craft but do not get used up, basically.
