before the update there was a custom quest book quest that did the division ritual for you because the ritual was disabled on the server. I have tried it and the ritual works on single player and I have tried it on the server but it does not work. now that it is on verson 52 the quest seams to be gone.
PS: the random teleport, teleports you way high in the sky.
