An application? I never needed an application for donating. Only thing I can think of that requires an application is for the official servers which I don't play on. But I can certainly provide proof! If thats not good enough, I can prove it in another way if you tell me how.
I can also just privately provide you or someone else with the donation receipt too if that makes things easier
