#[Steam Grinder] - scalable design

This design is a compromise between the price and aesthetic appearance. As one of the first, and most useful, multi's in early gameplay, I try my best to limit the new design's cost. I use Gear Box and Pipe Castings to represent the grinding and transmission part, so that the appearance is more realistic(TM) instead of being a cubic bulk of Bronze Plated Bricks.
This design looks a lot better with longer grinding part, but this is unachievable with the limited price. To overcome this issue, I propose the new Steam Grinder to be a scalable machine, which gives more performance (probably parallels?) with more length, like the Fluid Shaper.
With this design, a base model Steam Grinder costs: 16 Bronze Plated Bricks, 4 Bronze Frame Box, 2 Bronze Pipe Casting, 2 Bronze Gear Box Casting, and a controller. Each additional layer costs 3 Bronze Plated Bricks, 4 Bronze Frame Box, 2 Bronze Pipe Casting, 2 Bronze Gear Box Casting. I'm thinking of 2 layers per tier upgrade, to be consistent with the cost of current design with wallsharing.
(Note that before MV, all other blocks are more expensive than the Plated Bricks.)
