Hi there we are running 2 servers and they are 100% open to the public. Our servers run on dedicated machines and hardware owned by us and not third party / shared resources. I also want to let you know that there is a no wipe/delete community. Meaning we are not going to randomly wipe the world, etc. Our oldest GTNH Server is the GTNH 2021 Server and it's still running (just whitelisted).

First off our GTNH 2026 Server is aimed at more new players, slow players, etc. Basically high numbers, low tech, longer before "big lag" starts and even then we have a lot of rules & suggestions to help reduce lag. The idea is no Rushing Server take your time this is for people like to sit in steam age or LV age for 100's of hours... Our 2025 server is recommended for a more speedy server, with quite a few veterans.

There are no real differences to the 2 servers, it's more if you want an established community or a fresh start. That being said, we have been asking for less hardcore players to play the 2026 Server and the hardcore players to play the 2025 server. We provide a really good backup system, so there will be none of that, oh we lost the backups sorry time to start over. We have it backed up locally, remote and into the cloud multiple times a day.

The community is quite friendly, but remember the GTNH Questbook is amazing and well done. Please read the quests and look in the questbook before spamming chat with the most simple questions. Like I said they're friendly, but if you ask silly stuff like how do you get a torch, it gets old fast. Also remember to use NEI, it's the most advanced version of NEI out there that takes JEI + NEI and 100's of other changes.

The server rules are very basic and are included in the game. The best way to sum it up is don't be annoying, don't cheat, steal, exploit, dupe, etc. We also ask people to be about 400+ blocks away from other player bases to help isolate peoples bases and give them room to grow.

Biggest Changes to our Server:

  • No Rogue Dungeons / Loot Games
  • No Caves, Ravines, Mineshafts (Less mobs underground, makes surface a little more scary)
  • Bloodmoon Disabled (Too Laggy)
  • Nether is 1:1 Scale with the Overworld
  • World Border is 8k out so 16,000 x 16,000 Worlds.
  • Overworld, Nether, Twilight Fully Pregen
  • 2026 Server: Uses RTG / Climate Control

Can recommend this server! Have been playing for first time through gtnh past steam and have lots of helpful and friendly people both in chat and in game!

All 3 of our servers (including one not listed here) are now 2.8.0.
2021/2025 Server has had their nether/twilight wiped.
