i know but at the time I wasn't sure exactly which situation would avoid imbalanced distributions
They dont know those boilers are ran by distilled water...
What shader did you use that allowed you to have that sky there?

Am I correct in assuming these are Solar Boilers supplied by wooden pipes? Seems a pain to descale 
large wooden pipes which has plenty of throughput for distilled water. excess buffer in that aspect isn't really necessary, since each boiler conusmes 2.25L/s
at 128 that's not even 300L/s, and large wooden pipes have 1200L/s throughput
I could quadruple the scale and not have to upgrade the pipes technically
Do you know the exact ratios of Water to Steam VS Distilled to Steam?
identical, it's just that distilled prevents solar boiler calcification

How many distilleries do you run? Just one?

Each distillery converts 6.25L/s at 10EU/t, so 3 from one turbine converts 18.75L/s at 30EU/t.
Each ASB generates 9EU/t uncalcified, so it barely doesn't convert evenly at 3 per in both directions
Since 3 ASBs per turbine is 27EU/t vs 30EU/t, and it's 1 distillery at 6.25L/s vs 3 ASB demand of 6.75L/s
Ah so 3 per Turbine not 2, image makes it seem like 2.
So Basically 1 to 3 scaling up distill to asb
and 3 asb power one turbine to power 3 distill, repeat ad infinim
More or less yeah, albeit a bit over the ratio due to it falling just under 3

@calm island How long did 128 take you to fill without going kaboom lmao, by my math each boiler takes about 15~ minutes to fill\
I had to supply it in steps as to avoid a lack of buffer, usually had to swap between adding more distilleries and letting that build while I did other things, then placed 2-3 boilers at a time
luckily in 2.8 the distillery ratios will become a lot better/faster (only needing 36 per 128 boilers instead of 48)
and you can always build more distilleries than needed to increase buffer supply speed
Yea, currently have a secondary set of boilers running on normal water to supplement the steam whilst I run this in stages
the 12 difference being an equivalent of about 4A more efficient
are you trying to build it identically or just your own spin
Im only running 64 and I dont think Ive copied it exactly? Though idk how many different ways you could do it
also if you're in MV I would really not recommend that unless you're doing a solar/clean energy run

I configured it with 2 main lines, each having two boilers adjacent, so 4 boilers per column if you could think of it like that
means that for piping it goes distilled steam distilled distilled steam distilled
with boilers on top of the distilled
Currently running the distilled into 4 seperate lines, each line having 6 distills and 16 solars
and steam adjacent (so one block higher)
gotta make sure you have a large enough pipe then, due to throughput concerns
you can see the structure more clearly regarding piping here more or less

Then running into large potin which each line runs into a huge main line

like I used potin but huge/large commonly, and that still kinda limits throughput a bit
although you are in mv so dark steel is objectively better there
dark steel only requires an EBF
oxygen if cupronickel coils, otherwise kanthal
Ill probably upgrade the pipes once we have a more robust infra for EBF
Is this ratio correct? It feels like the Solar Boilers are using more than this amount of distilled per second
I have 6 Distills fueling 16 Boilers, 4 rows in paralell which my math tells me it should be producing 37.5 Distill a second and using 36

that's correct, but due to the very small gap it'll not flow great / priority issue potential
aim for like 10L/s extra

I take it you added redundancy after the fact of your images lol, breaks the symmetry
10l/s extra fixed my issue, Just had to segment them more into 8 rows instead of 4
3 distills per 8 Boilers is plenty of overhead

I did not know Distilled Water was more efficient in boilers
