Every days, sometimes there is a time where I can't join and keep getting timed out or get in game for like 15 sec and get kick for timed out. Am I the only one and if not, what is the reason ?

You're not the only one.
Eta is having issues with running out of memory, the cause of which was still being investigated last I checked.
When it happens, give the operators a ping to ask for a restart, especially if the server has missed its scheduled restarts.

eta has the most random shit happening i swear: between out of memory issues, lag to death caused by players inconsistently, our tool to perform backups freezing the server, our logging tool that freezes the server because the sql database is too big...
