My friend (not in the discord) is unable to join any online match unless he hosts it himself. Whether it is public or invite only. Hes redownloaded the game, checked the game file's integrity, and nothing seems to work.
When he on the green colored screen where you can enter a code, join public games, etc, his region says hes in Europe, but he lives in the US. He has no vpn on. Whenever he enters the proper code to join my game, it switches to US without manually changing the region.
