I went through a short phase of researching reverb. Perhaps the best reverb pedal there is, is the Meris Mercury X

I'm not the person to make recommendations for anything that doesn't come from a big brand unfortunately. You'll need to narrow down what you exactly want and find the best value device for that. I've only had experience with Neural plugins, Helix, Fractal and some pedals. For pedals, I have the TC Hall of Fame 2 which is nice for its size and the GFI specular tempus
