#Gojira pitch shifting / octaves

So I'm trying to pitch shift like is done in most Gojira songs, but I do not own a digidrop or wah. I do have a gt1 pedal that does have a pedal bend effect that yo can se on a pedal. Any way I can replicate it?

and no you are not replicating the same effect with 1 guitar and 1 gt1

best you can do (to play the songs without sounding weird) is playing higher up on fretboard and/or use slides
