I have been playing guitar for about 18 months and my SS Squire Jaguar for about a year of that. I am looking to upgrade to even just change out the bridge pickup for a nice high output humbucker.
I hardly use the bridge pickup as is unless I’m doing pinch harmonics and I want to add a sort of versatility to my jag.
I play a lot of grunge/punk/alt rock with moderate distortion so something that could still stay somewhat coherent and higher gain would be nice.
I don’t know where to look, I haven’t been guitar or parts shopping since I bought the thing.
Any suggestions?
