You can play basically what a guitar played on that track.
Like I showed at the start.
I'll write the tabs for that.
C X X 10 12 13 12
Em X X 14 16 17 15
G X X 12 14 15 14

But it's just 3 chords.
And 'Strumming Patterns' are never a complex thing.

You can just think 8th notes.
I may have played it swung slightly.
But just playing
1 + 2 + 3 + 4 +
Just don't think of it like a 'Pattern' of sequenced strums
Because it's not like that

You miss strums and add them in whenever you feel.

Maybe accent beats 2 and 4.
Or accent beat 3
Experiment, figure out, what you like the sound of, and make that happen
