play them in a shop and decide for the one that looks and feels the best
thats the problem, i am from romania and there aren't ls and very high end strats in shops
they are online bc there aren t a lot of people that buy them
so there's no reason to keep them in the shop
what is your other guitar? and do you want a strat to cover the same sonic ground as that guitar? or do you want it to have the strat for different options?
i could recommend you a TON of pro level strat or stratalikes but it is kinda pissing in the wind without knowing your needs or intentions for the guitar
Balaguer custom guitar
You can make a killer guitar for 3k
Like this is 2960
Comes With a hard shell case
I made this to my specs but you get the idea
And trust me - it will be better than any fender you have in consideration
at the 3k mark things stop being better than one another and just different

If you want a premium Strat look into a cutlass or stingray
Or something a bit more fancy like one of the Luke models or a sabre
I have a ltd ec256
I got it when i was playing a lot of rock and metal
But now i start to play hendrix and funk more
Bc i am more advanced now
And having a guitar with humbackers and one with single coils its perfect for me
I’m telling you try making a guitar in the balaguer custom builder
2652 for a vintage sunburst Strat that outclasses pretty much any fender
