Locking Strap

Hi, has anyone tried the Daddario leather locking straps? (https://www.amazon.com/DAddario-Comfort-Leather-Guitar-Strap/dp/B0CH8GS1W8/)

I have a les paul that's like 8-9 lbs so it's a little lighter than some others but still a tad heavy so I wanted something a little wider and that won't hurt after a while.

Is this a good option for $40?

I use this brand of straps.

The dad strap is synthetic leather and nylon. It has minimal padding and isn't nice for long sessions. I would suggest choosing a real leather strap and adding your locking system of choice.

id get an ernie ball bass strap speaking from experience with super fuckin heavey guitars your gonna want the wider strap it might not always look as cool but its way worth it in the end and i forgot what strap locks i use but anything will do as long as it doesnt have terrible reviews im guessing youre not going to be whipping around your guitar like herman lee

i use the regular version of that strap, the locking mechanism is good
