Sure.
But just because you are playing those notes, that doesn't mean you will sound like those people.
You can put your own vibrato, bends, emotion into it after you know what notes to play

Well the main point of a bend.
It's just a Pitch effect right.
You can just play the note on its own, you can slide into the note from a fret above or below, or you can bend up to a note, or hammer on if you fancy
I would encourage you to experiment with these yourself.
You may find one sounds better to your ear in a certain part of the music.
You can really make your guitar sound like a human voice with the extra inflections you can add it
You can do crazy with them if you want.
But it doesn't want to sound messy, it's about finding a balance, to tell a story if you will
Imagine you are singing this, or your vocalist is singing it.
Like in that first video you sent, after the little solo section, their were just copying the vocal melody.
You may not want to do that live, at least don't just mimic your vocalist entirely because it'll get in the way.
But you can put emphasis on certain notes within your solos
