#Modeling Amp or Multi-FX?

So right now i have a peavey audition 30 for my guitar amp and i was thinking of upgrading to a modeling amp (Fender Mustang/Blackstar Silverline), but would it be more value to get a multi fx pedal (i was looking at the Donner Arena 2000) since i mostly use headphones?

Personally I would opt for a modelling amp as opposed to a more affordable multi-FX, just because I’ve heard more good about cheaper modelling amps than cheaper multi-FX
