i would just learn the melody, and try and play a bass note and with it up like that. you wont find "tab" for this

#

you will find chords

#

like C B Bb A7 D- G7 E- A7 G+7

#

and you can interpret those like the musician in the recording is, or like i demostrate a few ways ^ on guitar

#

this is how its played ^

#

thats how the piano player played it

#

they arent reading a chart

#

or using a document like that

#

its just playing the music that you can learn. and discern how you want to play it

#

you can use "jazz grips", etc..

#

but i suggest just playing the melody and a bass note if the melody is the goal

#

i would much rather show you how this works

#

C is the first chord

#

you can play C7 if you like

#

how do you play C7?

#

you can play that lots of ways, but in this case? if you want to play the melody, that will dictate how you voice things

#

you can play that C7, and move down a fret to B7, the another to Bb7, then at the A? you can do more what the piano does, which is a harmonized walk up
