Anybody think that the boss br-1600 is a good buy for first recording equipment?

for that price, you could get a really nice interface and a hgih end daw with some pedals

#

OR you could do what I did:
if you're tracking mostly guitars, then a positive grid spark with a daw actually works really well for tracking instruments
