Try this one, you may need to tweak the eq and gain depending on your guitar but this should be a good start.

You should be able to do that with a USB cable, there are tutorials if youre not sure how. If you can't do that I can give you photos of the chain and settings

I also put a default expression volume pedal at the end but that isn't necessary
The settings will probably need to be tweaked depending on your pickups

I am on the headrush pedalboard rather than the mx5 but as far as I know everything should be the same
