I need some suggestions on what mixer (with effects and interface) to buy for as little cash as possible. It will be for simple live shows(IRL) that will also be need to be recorded/livestreamed. There will be a minimum of 2 microphones and an instrument. The vocals need effects, most importantly reverb, which would need to be built into the mixer (this thing is doing a bit more than mixing at this point). The setup needs to be as dead simple as possible. This is for someone who doesn't like (more so incapable of) using computers and daws. My research has led me to the Behringer QX1202USB. I am pretty sure it has the functions to do the job, but it is a bit old at this point and I don't think I will find this anywhere.

What machine would you recommend for under 100 dollars. Budget can be extended if there is something much better. What other solutions are there to this problem?
As an alternative I could lend my interface, for recording and live streaming, then use something like the Behringer 1002fx.
